simply kick back on a sunbed and work up an enviable tan.

BASKETBALL COURT

Doesn’t matter if you’re a 6’3” expat or a 5’3” true blue local, basketball is a game all residents can rally around and enjoy from sunrise to sundown.

MULTIPURPOSE AREA

Parties, barbeques, biker meet-ups, game nights – there’s a reason this place is called Commune Village. And the
multipurpose area is just the spot to gather, interact, and create fun new memories with friends, old and new.

PLAY AREA

Climbing apparatus and park games – the kinda stuff we took for granted in the 80s and 90s, but now want
our kids to experience instead of endlessly playing the tablet. We feel you. It’s why we built this place.

LAWN AND OPEN SPACES

Grass and greenery, the stuff that’s in short supply in the metro but open and abundant at Commune Village. Play, meditate, read a book, have a picnic. The grass is truly greener this side of Batulao.
